Hi, I'm Hayley and I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when I had just turned 30 years old.

By then, I already had a strong sense of who I was and how I wanted to move through the world.

I knew I didn't want my diagnosis to overwrite that, and I wanted to navigate diabetes in a way that felt aligned to me.

I've always gravitated towards subtle, low maintenance and under stated style. So when it came to choosing accessories I'd carry every day to manage my diabetes, I wanted them to feel the same.

But when I started looking, there was nothing.
Everything I found was either loud or clinical - the opposite to know I saw myself.

in Dose was created to change that. To create pieces to support daily management while still aligning your personal style - an extension of you.

Because a diagnosis might become part of your story, but it shouldn't get to rewrite who you are.
